These are NOS, made by Unizon (Japan), in the standard DO-7 glass case. They have a green anode stripe stripe. Vf is in the .27-.30 range. These are high quality parts in perfect condition. 60v, 30mA. I only have a small supply of these and when they're gone, that's it!
